BelSentiero Terms and Conditions

 

1. Check in time is between 4.00pm and 7.00pm.  Please let us know if you can’t arrive between those times.

2. Check out time is 11.00am.  Please let us know if you can’t check out by then.

3. Breakfast is served from 8.30am until 10.00am.

4. BelSentiero is a NON SMOKING property.  Smoking is not permitted inside or outside, except on the veranda, but please be mindful of others when smoking there.

5. We don’t accept children under 16 (except by prior arrangement as part of a group booking for the whole property).

6. We only accept pets by prior arrangement.

7. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking to secure the rooms, and either needs to be paid by bank transfer or will be taken on-line using your credit or debit card via Stripe. Where there are disruptions caused by the Covid-19 virus you can re-schedule your booking for different dates (subject to availability) and use any deposit already paid against such a booking without any additional charges.

8. The balance is payable on departure by card (via Stripe) or in cash.

9. We have our own on-site parking which is free. However, we ask that guests park courteously facing away from the house against the road-side hedge.

10. Our cancellation policy: other than in respect of Covid-19, if you cancel before your arrival date, your deposit is non-refundable. If you need to change your dates as a result of Covid-19 then any deposit paid can be used towards your future booking.
